Dr. Noelle Scuderi serves as the Graduate Program Director for the online Master of Science in Organizational Psychology program. Dr. Scuderi is committed to supporting connections and community development between program students and faculty, working closely with a variety of University offices that students interface with regularly in support of their success. As a faculty instructor and advisor in the online MSOP program, Dr. Scuderi most enjoys teaching the PSY 535 Intro to IO class that is required for all incoming students and the PSY 625 Capstone project course that students take as their culminating course experience before graduating. Seeing students’ growth and development from beginning to end is so rewarding!
As director, Dr. Scuderi enjoys program and curriculum development, with a focus on preparing MSOP graduates to achieve their goals post-graduation, whether that’s advancement in their applied professional careers or future doctoral education pursuit.
Dr. Scuderi’s previous research foci include leadership in volunteer and non-profit organizations, shared leadership in teams, follower attitudes and performance, and remote worker resources and well-being. Prior to joining the MSOP at UHart, Dr. Scuderi taught courses in IO Psychology, Social Psychology and research methods in multiple modalities, including face-to-face, hybrid, and online. Her professional work experiences prior to teaching include multiple roles in Human Resource Management and University career services.
