Dr. Stephanie Tavarez is an assistant professor within the Online Masters in Organizational Psychology program.
Dr. Tavarez is specialized in the areas of organizational development, training design and effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, quantitative and qualitative research, consulting, and coaching.
She is passionate about teaching at her alma mater and building students’ learning profiles through critical thinking and creativity.
