Jasmine grew up in Hartford, CT, and enjoys working with residential UHart students to support them while they are earning their degrees. In the Office of Residential Life, Jasmine connects with students and campus partners to create meaningful relationships and bring light to different cultures.
As a former case manager for a non-profit agency in Hartford, Jasmine worked primarily with families. She focuses on the holistic experience of her peers, staff, and students to service the complexities of human development, advocate for marginalized groups, build on the unique strengths of her students, and assist in overcoming barriers to provide the best college experience.
