VIP and Guest Form

In order to mitigate the possible spread of COVID-19, the University of Hartford will be largely restricting access to all of its campuses to faculty, staff, and students until further notice.

Spaces on campus that typically are welcome to the public (Harrison Libraries, performance spaces, galleries, the Campus Store, etc.) will not be open for visitors/guests. To learn more about accessing our campus go to our Visitors on Campus page.


This form is used by University of Hartford Faculty and Staff members only to request the creation of a VIP and/or Sponsored Guest Parking Permit by the Department of Public Safety. University departments and organizations sponsoring guest lecturers or visitors to campus are requested to fill out the following form.

The division of Parking Services will generate an official parking permit in PDF form that you then can forward to attendee(s).  If you have any questions please contact Parking Services at 860.768.7865.
