Faculty and Staff Sponsored VIP and Guest Parking Permit Request Form
This form is used by University of Hartford Faculty and Staff members to request the creation of a VIP and/or Sponsored Guest Parking Permit by the Department of Public Safety. University departments and organizations sponsoring guest lecturers or visitors to campus are requested to fill out the following form.
The division of Parking Services will generate an official parking permit in PDF form that you then can forward to attendee(s). If you have any questions please contact Parking Services at 860.768.7865.
