CETA fall graduate embarks on engineering technician job in East Hartford, Conn.

Katherine Curran ’19, BSCE, will begin her engineering career in the new year. Curran is from New Fairfield, Conn., and will be starting as an Engineering Technician IV for the Town of East Hartford in 2020.

When asked what she is looking forward to the most at the job, Curran shared her excitement for serving the community in East Hartford. She is ready to take on this new role and implement everything she's learned through the civil engineering program at UHart, while continuing to learn new things on the job every day.

I chose to attend the University of Hartford because it was close to home and had an exciting civil engineering program.
