Dean Steve Mulready Interviewed Regarding Online MBA Program
Barney School of Business Dean Steve Mulready was recently interviewed for a Hartford Business Journal article about how the pandemic has affected the learning formats in business schools. In the article, Mulready says some MBA students have a desire to return to in-person learning. He says, “I’m looking at some technology now that would allow it. We would put [camera/video] technology in some of our classrooms so the professor is always facing students whether they are in person or at home.” Mulready discusses the important partnerships in the area with Cigna and Hubbell Incorporated, and later talks about how all of the students can get certified for free in platforms like Bloomberg LP, Microsoft, and Tableau Software with the passport program.
