Bursar Office Year-End Close Procedures June 30

We will be working on our year end processes on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. We are asking that during this time you have finished any daily work (charges, adjustments, or payments), reconcile and close your session by 5 p.m. We also ask that you contact Diane Purcell at dpurcell@hartford.edu to coordinate any monies for deposit to be brought to the Bursar office no later than 9 a.m. Thursday, July 1, 2021 so that we can complete our year end processes.

No transactions can be processed in Banner after 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

Please forward this email to anyone in your Department that might create a cashiering session either through payments, registration or posting tuition, fees, etc.
