McNall and Nicklin Publish Recommendations For Managing Work And Life Post Pandemic

January 26, 2022
Submitted By: Jessica Nicklin

We asked working professionals to indicate when they are "at their best" before the pandemic and one year into the pandemic. Time management, boundary management, accomplishment, relationships, and well-being were consistently mentioned themes. Relationships were less of a priority and childcare was more of a priority during the pandemic. The findings help guide recommendations for work-life thriving in organizations as we navigate a post-pandemic world of work.

The original research is published in the European Journal of Applied Psychology (Vol 5, Article, 24, 2021) with an op-ed published in HR Drive in August 2021.
