TEDxNewHaven, a local TED talk conference in New Haven, Connecticut, is inviting undergraduate and graduate college students throughout Connecticut to apply for its speaker and performance competition.

Three student speakers will be selected to speak at TEDxNewHaven on June 11, 2022, at the Shubert Theatre in New Haven, as well as participate in three days of networking, social, and media events leading up to the conference. Winners will also receive a monetary prize, either in the form of a check, or if possible, a one-time scholarship to their university.

The deadline for students to apply is March 7. Click here for information about the event and how to apply.

TEDxNewHaven's theme, "Hello World!" aims to drive student speaker discussions towards society's profound repositioning of values, thoughts, and culture following disruptive events such as the pandemic.
