Faculty and Staff Headshot Photoshoot March 9

We're holding a photoshoot on Wednesday, March 9 to provide faculty and staff an opportunity to get professional headshots taken for the directory and profile pages on the University's website. 

When: Wednesday, March 9

  • 8:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m.
  • 12:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.

Where: Second floor of Mortensen Library, in the balcony, on the left.

Questions?

  • What if I can’t make it?
    • Don’t worry, we will schedule more of these in the future.
    • With fewer people on campus, and as health guidelines shift, we realize this timing won't work for everyone.
  • What should I wear?
    • We recommend professional attire.
    • You will be asked to remove your mask for the photo; the photographer and organizing staff will observe all safety protocols.
  • How long does it take? 
    • It takes about 5–10 minutes.
  • I got my headshot taken before, but… can I get another one?
    • We want everyone to feel their best about their representation, but please understand that there are many new members of our community who have not had a chance to have their photos taken, and we will need to prioritize if the slots fill up quickly.
    • We will hold more shoots in the future, hopefully more frequently than we've been able to over the past two years.
