Log4Shell Exploit Demonstration

Former President and Alumni from UHart, Jacob Kalat will be demonstrating the recent Java based logging library exploit (LOG4J ). This exploit effected companies/software such as Amazon, Mojang, Google and NVIDIA. The Cyber Security Club will be hosting a demonstration of this exploit and how it effected common applications such as Minecraft, AWS and much more. Jacob Kalat will be showing how the exploit works with older versions of minecraft. This will be a hybrid event that will be held remotely on Discord and In person DANA 318 at noon-12:30 p.m. March 11. If there are any questions regarding the event, please email shsingh@hartford.edu.
