Payroll Address Changes Now on Self-Service

Banner Self-Service 9 (SSB9) general information page launched on Jan. 3, 2022 with new features that are not available in Banner Self-Service 8 (SSB8).

This page will allow faculty, staff, and students to update their payroll addresses and no longer need to contact HRD to update this.

Below are the directions to enter the new page and make any updates.

  • Login to self-service
  • Click on the “personal information tab”
  • Click on View/Update Personal Information
  • Click the Personal Information button from the landing page.
  • To make any updates click on the “edit” (this looks like a pencil) or “add new” in the upper right side of each section.
  • Click UPDATE to finalize your changes
