Race and Entry Fee Reimbursement

We heard you! Thanks to the wellness program survey responses, HRD is happy to offer reimbursement for race and entry fees again, starting with races on or after April 1, 2022.

Program Guidelines

  • Offer only eligible to regular full-time, regular part-time, and adjunct employees at the University of Hartford
  • Maximum reimbursement of $125 for each event, maximum total of 4 events per participant for the 2022 calendar year
  • Please submit payment receipt that includes your name, event date, and fee to Jenna Holtzner in HRD
