New Self-Service Sign-On Changes

For added security and to align the logins to our various self-service applications, the login page for Self-Service was changed on October 18.

This change may require all users to clear their browser cache.

  • No more PINs! The new login page uses the same credentials as your email login. A picture of the login page is attached to this announcement.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication will be enabled for added security.
  • The URL for Self-Service listed in My UHart on the university website has been updated.  Any bookmarked links you may have will also need to be updated.  
  • This change will apply to all self-service users.
