Amplifying Indigenous Voices Affinity Group

All interested persons (students, staff, faculty, alumni) are invited to join the “Amplifying Indigenous Voices” affinity group!

We meet monthly via Zoom and have quite a few exciting items on our agenda this spring! Some of these include but are not limited to, publicizing a series of talks at the Art School on Mayan Cosmology, organizing a trip to a powwow at Yale University on April 22, identifying and marking native plants on campus, creating a physical representation of the Land Acknowledgement, promoting indigenous culture and education, and strengthening partnership with indigenous communities.
