Update to OSEI Student Centers' Space Request Timeline

OSEI Student Centers is experiencing a very high volume of space requests and we are thrilled to be hosting our campus community and supporting events across campus!

In order to continue to support the requests and events and provide quality customer service, all requests for large or outdoor spaces in GSU, Konover, and University Commons, as well as their adjacent outdoor spaces, we now require at least a 21-day notice. This increases the notification to the Student Centers by 7 days, as the existing policy was 14 days previously.

As always, all requests can be submitted through 25Live and will be processed within three business days.  

Gengras Student Union Spaces:

North and South Cafeteria
331/333/335/339
GSU Lawn and Hawk Terrace
Hillyer Lawn
Harry Jack Gray Lawn

Konover Campus Center Spaces:

Konover Great Room
Konover Picnic Area (as is, with limited tables, weather permitting)

University Commons Spaces:

University Commons Lawn/Patio
Alumni Plaza
Hawks Nest
Poe Park Fire Pit

Please note: GSU Vendor Table Spaces, Commons Vendor Table Spaces, Hawks Nest Vendor Table Spaces, GSU Hawk Lounge, GSU 215 and 218 can all still be reserved with only four days' notice!
