Farewell for Lisa Zytkiewicz

Please join me in wishing Lisa Zytkiewicz, the backbone of our Help Desk staff, as she leaves the University of Hartford to pursue an opportunity at Manchester Community College.

Lisa came to us in late summer 2021, as we entered another semester whose landscape looked a bit different due to COVID-19. She picked up the job quickly (as her experience suggested she would), and soon became a cornerstone of ITS with her attention to detail, polished customer service skills, and willingness to take on whatever was in front of her with aplomb.

Her last day is today, Tuesday, March 7. Please feel free to come by CC117 between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., to wish her well. Cookies will be served!
