The College of ENHP will host a panel discussion, "Not-So-Quiet Quitting: Strategies for keeping teachers and nurses employed, engaged, and satisfied," on Monday, March 27, from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m., in Wilde Auditorium.

The COVID-19 pandemic pushed already-stressed teachers and health care professionals out of their demanding jobs. Are there strategies that both professions can use to recruit and retain staff in society's most important roles? Join us for a panel discussion with local education and health care leaders moderated by ENHP Dean Cesarina Thompson:

  • Mark Benigni, Superintendent, Meriden Public Schools
  • Peter Cordeau, President and CEO, Norwalk Hospital
  • Leslie Torres-Rodriguez, Superintendent, Hartford Public Schools
  • Lisa Zapatka, Chief Nursing Officer, Trinity Health of New England

4 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Light refreshments

4:30 p.m. – 6 p.m. Panel discussion

Guests may attend in person or virtually.
