Bursar Office Year-End Close Procedures

We will be working on our year-end processes on Friday, June 30, 2023. We are asking that during this time you have finished any daily work (charges, adjustments, or payments), reconcile, and close your session by 4:30 p.m. We also ask that you contact Diane Purcell at dpurcell@hartford.edu to coordinate any monies for deposit to be brought to the Bursar office no later than 9 a.m., on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, so that we can complete our year-end processes.

No transactions can be processed in Banner after 4:30 p.m., on Friday, June 30, 2023.

Please forward this email to anyone in your Department that might create a cashiering session either through payments, registration, or posting tuition, fees, etc.
