Financial Aid Director Speaks with U.S. News & World Report

As student loans remain in the news, parent loans are also receiving more and more attention. Katherine Presutti, director of Student Financial Aid at the University of Hartford, recently spoke with U.S. News & World Report about Parent PLUS loans. 

This category of aid has different criteria and an alternate structure compared to student loans, Presutti explained. She also outlined what to consider when looking into private loans as well as federal student loans. 

Presutti has frequently provided insight on a wide range of student loan topics in local media as well, particularly with regard to federal student loan forgiveness proposals and their impact.
