Sports Center Updates Guest Policy

The Sports Center on campus has announced an updated Guest Policy for any students who plan on bringing guests to the Sports Center during their visits.

Beginning of the 2023 fall semester, all guests must have a photo ID or driver's license, complete a waiver/consent form, and check in at the Front Desk of the Sports Center. Each host is permitted one (1) guest at a time who must be 18 years or older. A guest must have a host attending the University of Hartford with a valid Student ID and must be present when checking in. The host must sign a waiver form, always remain with the guest, and assume responsibility for the guest's actions. Guest are ONLY allowed (2) visits per semester and will be tracked.

Faculty and staff are not permitted to have guests in the Fitness Center. Family members (spouses, children, etc.) cannot use the Fitness Center. Alumni and previous Sports Center Members cannot utilize the Fitness or Sports Center either.
