Indigenous Plants and the Environment: Food, Medicine, and Materials

This talk will be presented by Susan Scherf, an expert in ecology from the Institute for Indian American Studies. She will discuss indigenous plants as food and medicine, and the deep connections between indigenous peoples and the natural world.
The talk is open to the wider community and will be on Monday, Oct. 2, from 12:45 p.m. – 1:45 p.m., in the KF room in the Mortensen Library.
