All full-time faculty are invited to attend the Critical Year and Faculty Promotion Workshop Series, regardless of their critical year or intent to apply for promotion. The Spring 2024 series will, however, be particularly focused on those full-time faculty who will submit their materials for promotion, tenure, or comprehensive review in Fall 2024, including Associate Professors who expect to apply for promotion to Full Professor in Fall 2024.
Seven Friday workshops in the spring will cover all you need to know about the process, procedures, and adopting Faculty Success. You can attend as many or as few as you like. Additional meeting times over the summer will be provided for continued support. Meetings are scheduled for 90 minutes, but much of the time is for questions and conversation, not formal presentations. We will also host "special guests" from around campus who can share their experiences and recommendations.
