Part-Time Faculty Member Awarded HR Professional of the Year Award 2023

Congratulations to Craig Nathanson, part-time faculty instructor in the online MS in Organizational Psychology (A&S) and online MBA (Barney), for his recent recognition from the North Bay Business Journal as a 2023 HR Business Professional.

Nathanson teaches remotely for the University of Hartford from his home office in California, offering graduate-level courses in MGT 750 Bargaining and Negotiations each summer for the Barney MBA students and teaching PSY 556 Consulting and Professional Practices to online MS in Organizational Psychology (MSOP) students each year. Nathanson also enjoys teaching and advising online MSOP students in the PSY 625 Capstone Project course.

As a part-time faculty member at the University of Hartford, Nathanson has participated in Faculty Q&A panels welcoming new students into the online MSOP program and addressing student questions about consulting and entrepreneurship. He regularly shares his research and experiences in teaching and mentoring others on joyful work and his Humanistic leadership model.
