PayFlex, the University’s FSA and HSA administrator is now Inspira Financial. Here’s what you need to know about this change:
- To access your account, go to inspirafinancial.com. If you go to www.payflex.com, you will be redirected. Member login credentials will remain the same. First time registrants will be prompted to create an account.
- If you use the PayFlex app, an update will be required and branding and logos will be updated. The update will be requested automatically upon attempt to access. Member login credentials will remain the same.
- All PayFlex debit cards will continue to work without disruption. Any cards issued from April 2024 forward will be Inspira branded debit cards. This includes:
- New Elections
- Lost/Stolen Cards
- Dependent Cards
- Accounts scheduled to reissue with expiration dates of May and June 2024
