This session provides an overview of writing competitive National Science Foundation (NSF) proposals, building on the session provided in Fall 2025 (all faculty are welcome to attend, whether or not they attended the fall session). Join us for this workshop on Wednesday, May 13 via Teams only.
The workshop covers practical elements including understanding reviewer expectations, proposal formatting requirements, project evaluation planning, and the importance of early preparation through program officer consultation. Participants will engage in an interactive exercise involving a mock review process to evaluate a sample proposal. By the end of the session, participants will have actionable strategies to improve their proposal writing skills and increase their chances of securing NSF funding.
