The 2026 Barney School of Business Board of Visitors Alumni Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Reception will be held on campus on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 6 p.m. in Wilde Auditorium, followed by a reception in the Stanley Black & Decker Commons. This year's inductees are Stephen Mulready M'77 and Kristin Wait M'91.
Stephen Mulready M’77
Stephen M. Mulready M’77 is a distinguished insurance and risk management executive with more than four decades of senior leadership and board-level experience, including executive roles at Aetna, Royal & Sun Alliance, AIX Holdings, and Crum & Forster. A longtime UHart leader and advocate, Mulready has served as Barney’s dean and executive-in-residence, a member of the Board of Regents, and interim president, while supporting students through philanthropy and strengthening connections between the University and the business community.
Kristin Wait M'91
Kristin Wait M'91 is a consultant at Spencer Stuart specializing in executive search and leadership advisory, with expertise in recruiting board directors, CEOs, and senior technology and operations leaders across financial services, fintech, and information services. She earned her MBA in International Business from Barney and has more than three decades of experience in executive search, leadership development, and organizational strategy.
