Amy Weiss, associate professor of history and director of the Maurice Greenberg Center for Judaic Studies, published Interfaith Friends and Ideological Foes: American Jews, Evangelicals, and Israel, 1963-2018 with Oxford University Press.
This book examines the evolution of the relationship between American Jews and evangelicals, arguing that Jewish interfaith partnerships with evangelicals developed as a necessary, adaptive strategy to deal with the shifting American and Israeli political landscapes.
