We are pleased to introduce the newly established AR Finance Operations Department!
As part of the University's recent restructuring, AR Finance Operations will continue to provide essential financial services and support to the University community.
Our department remains in the former Bursar's Office, located on the second floor of the Computer and Administration Building, Room 218.
We are responsible for internal accounts receivable and related financial operations, including:
- Student refunds
- Tuition remission
- Student, non-student, and third-party direct billing
- Processing of payments mailed directly to the University
- Miscellaneous departmental deposits
- Student loan disbursements
- Accounts receivable reconciliation
Looking for Student Account Assistance? If you previously visited the Bursar's Office for assistance with tuition payments, payment arrangements, account charges, billing statements, or other student account questions, these services are now provided by the Office of Student Accounts, located in the Center for Student Success (CSS) in Gengras Student Union (GSU).
