If you registered for summer courses and are thinking of dropping or withdrawing some or all of your courses, or converting a course to Pass/No Pass read this page to find out when term change deadlines will affect your tuition, fees, and grades. Please note that not attending class will not automatically drop you from the course roster. If you are registered in a class, you must take action if you wish to drop the class. New UHart students can use the drop request form and current students can go to their Self-Service account.
Course Withdrawal Deadlines and Refunds for 2024
Five week courses or fewer (including Mayterm)
- 100% tuition refund if courses are dropped within two business days after the start of classes.
- No refund of tuition after the first two business days.
Six and Seven week courses
- 100% tuition refund if courses are dropped within the first week of classes.
- 50% tuition refund if courses are dropped within the second week of classes.
- No refund of tuition after the second week of classes.
