Shelli McMillen Orosz, MS, aPHR, has worked with the Center since 2012, managing marketing, an intern program, and the technical assistance program. She has a background in marketing and project management and, in 2021, received her M.S. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at the University of Hartford.
For 13 years, she co-owned an art and technology business in Hartford and is passionate about helping small businesses learn how to operate more effectively and productively. Her favorite part about working at the Center is having the opportunity to affect significant change in the local community by supporting economic prosperity among women and people of color.
