2019–20 Recipient of the CIGNA Greater Hartford Community Endowed Scholarship and Hartford Partnership for Scholarship

Education means the world to me—I was raised on the belief that education is key to do what I want in life. This scholarship has allowed my education and in so many ways.

I am extremely grateful for this scholarship. I would not have been able to pay for my UHart education in full without it. I graduated from high school in Hartford and spent a lot of time trying to figure out scholarships. This scholarship enabled me to continue and finish my degree.

Education means the world to me—I was raised on the belief that education is key to do what I want in life. This scholarship has allowed my education and in so many ways. In addition to receiving an education, I have met great people—friends, professors, and people I value with whom I now have strong connections. This has also allowed me to gain life experience. It has been a great journey.

I now plan to obtain a job within my field as an electromechanical engineer and then, after obtaining field experience, I would pursue my master's degree.
