Public Transportation

At the University of Hartford, you have multiple options to get around with public transportation.

Air

Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, Conn., is located 15 miles from campus. It is served by the following airlines: Air Canada, American, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest, United, and U.S. Airways.

To campus from the airport: Connecticut Transit offers its Bradley Airport Flyer semi-express bus service from the airport to downtown Hartford ($1.75 one-way fare), where you can transfer to local bus route 56 B, D, or F to campus. The trips operate approximately hourly between downtown Hartford, the Connecticut Convention Center, and all the terminals at the airport, seven days a week. Passengers are responsible for their own luggage— the buses do not have regular luggage compartments. The trip between Union Station and the airport takes about 30 minutes.
