Winter Storm Advisory

Due to an impactful winter storm expected throughout the region, the University of Hartford will be closed on Sunday, Jan. 25, and Monday, Jan. 26. This includes Harrison Libraries.

In-person Hartt School auditions that were scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 25, have been rescheduled.

The Connecticut Scholastic Art Awards Ceremony scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 25, is canceled. The exhibition at Silpe Gallery will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 24.

Summer Health Professions Education Program 2020 Information Session Tonight

Are you a currently a Freshman or Sophomore interested in becoming a Healthcare Professional? If your answer is "Yes", come out and learn about SHPEP!

Hosted at twelve institutions across the nation, the program aims to strengthen the academic proficiency and career development of students underrepresented in the healthcare profession while preparing them for successful application and matriculation to health professions graduate and professional schools. The Columbia University Irving Medical Center site is catered to students who are interested in Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing and Physical Therapy professions.

An information session will be given by Anika Baptiste, a recent Columbia University SHPEP alum and ambassador, in partnership with the Pre-Med Club. Tonight at 8pm in the K & F room in the Mortensen Library!
