One of the many ways to help stop the spread of COVID-19 is by completing your Daily Health Screening questionnaire on the LiveSafe app.

Are you on campus today? If so, did you complete your Health Screening on LiveSafe?

Residential Students: are expected to complete the LiveSafe Health Screening every day of the week.

Commuter Students: are expected to complete the LiveSafe Health Screening prior to coming on campus.

Faculty/Staff: are expected to complete the LiveSafe Health Screening prior to coming on campus.
