Report Health Information in LiveSafe

Please use LiveSafe to report:

If you test Positive for Covid-19
If you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19
If you are a close contact to someone who has tested positive for the virus

You should also call Health Services during regular business hours (M-F, 8:30-4:30).

Although LiveSafe is not mandatory this semester for all community members, it is an effective reporting tools. A member of the COVID-19 Team will be in touch with you regarding next steps should you report a positive test or close contact.
