2021–22 Outstanding Staff Member Award Nominations Due Dec. 17

Each year, the University of Hartford celebrates staff who create and foster a culture of service excellence by using unique and distinct philosophies which broaden the University's reputation as a first-choice institution. Regular full-time staff members (including supervisors) who have completed one year of service are eligible to be nominated for this award. Department heads, Deans, and University Cabinet members are not eligible for consideration. 

Anyone may recommend an eligible staff member, who exemplifies our institutional commitment to the success of our students, by submitting a nomination form. The nomination form can be found at www.hartford.edu/hrd, then click Outstanding Staff Member Award Nomination from the menu on the left side of the page. Please be thoughtful in your recommendation by giving specific examples of outstanding acts of service excellence.  Nominations that do not have specific examples and are not limited to 1000 characters will not be considered. 

Supervisors will be notified approximately one week prior to the award presentation if a member of their staff was selected to receive an Outstanding Staff Member Award.

Nominations should be submitted no later than Dec. 17, 2021.
