February 09, 2023
Submitted By: Nicholas Queiroz

We are a group of Year-2 Doctor of Physical Therapy students here at the University of Hartford conducting research on the concurrent validity and reliability of shoulder range of motion using goniometry and visual estimation. We are looking for participants with one-sided shoulder pain who have not had shoulder surgery or are currently receiving treatment for their shoulder. We collect data on Tuesdays, from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m., in the Hursey Center (Room 215) and we only require two consecutive sessions for 15-20 minutes of your time to collect ROM measurements. Our participant flyer is attached. Scan the QR code linked below to sign up.

Please, if you are available and fit our criteria, sign up to participate to help progress the future of ROM assessment tools. We are very grateful for all participants and encourage everyone to take part who fits the criteria. If there are any further questions regarding our scheduling service or our research, please email sriley@hartford.edu or aronsen@hartford.edu and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your time!

Kindest Regards,

Amy Bousquet, Brianna Corrado, Leif Aronsen, Jenna Atlas, Nicholas Queiroz, Harrison Pijloo & Sean Riley
