PeopleAdmin to Transition to Single Sign-On
Information Technology Services (ITS) and Human Resources Development (HRD) are excited to share that we have transitioned PeopleAdmin to single sign-on.
Starting on April 24, when you visit the PeopleAdmin administrative page, it will appear as it does in the photo. Current employees will be asked to click the link that will take them through the multifactor authentication process that we’ve all grown used to with Banner. First, you log into your account using your username and password, just as you always have. You will be prompted for a unique code, which you can receive by either text message, an app on your smartphone, or by calling a phone number from your office phone, based on your preference. You then enter that code into the login screen. This way, even if a cybercriminal steals your password, your account can’t be accessed without access to your telephone.
