Girish Rishi M'92, chief executive officer at Cognite, will lead an exciting discussion on AI and the New Industrial Era on Tuesday, March 31 at 6 p.m. in Wilde Auditorium.
Girish Rishi M'92 is the chief executive officer at Cognite, the leading Industrial AI company that harnesses the power of data and AI to deliver actionable insights to the energy and industrial sectors. Most recently, Rishi served as the CEO of Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company. Prior to his position at Blue Yonder, Rishi held executive leadership positions at Motorola, Tyco, and Symbol Technologies, where he served customers in the government and commercial sectors. Rishi has a master's degree in public policy from Johns Hopkins University, an MBA from the University of Hartford, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Mumbai. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and an executive board member at the Arizona Commerce Authority. Rishi has served on the University of Hartford’s Board of Regents for ten years and was inducted into the Barney School of Business Board of Visitors Alumni Hall of Fame in 2019.
