UHart Nursing Faculty Present at National Nurse Educator Summit

Associate Professor of Nursing Karen Braccialarghe and Assistant Professor of Nursing Valerie Whynall presented at the ATI National Nursing Education Summit in Tuscon, Arizona.

Karen designed a study that was implementated and analyzed over two academic years with Valerie that compared virtual simulation and high-fidelity simulation and its effects on learning outcomes of undergraduate nursing students. 

The National Nursing Education Summit features nursing professionals from across the country who share a passion for education and lifelong learning. This year, the Summit focused on the critical issues facing healthcare and nursing education today, with topics that will help educators prepare future nurses.
