John earned his master's in organizational psychology at the University of Hartford in 2009, followed by an MBA in 2015. He has had extensive professional experience in corporate business, marketing, and public finance before starting his own leadership coaching and development firm, Coach It Out, LLC, in 2014. John is an active member of the University community and serves on the Alumni Board as the Dean's Liaison for the Barney School of Business.
