Accounting

Employment in the field is projected to grow 10 percent by 2026, faster than the average for all occupations.

Actuarial Science Minor

Our local corporate partners often place our students in actuarial internships and permanent positions. This program prepares you for these numbers-focused jobs, which are consistently ranked among the top jobs in the United States.

Graduate Program

Advance your career and with a Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation. Our curriculum allows you to meet the 150-hour CPA licensing requirement. We also offer specialized certificates.

Computer Requirements

The Barney School of Business recommends minimum system requirements for incoming undergraduate students in the Accounting and Finance department. These are recommendations, not requirements, and lab facilities are available for student use.

The department recommends all students use PCs (no Macs or Chromebooks). All PCs need to be able to run Microsoft Office well, including Access and PowerBI.
