Anne Berry Promoted to Post Award Manager in the Office of Sponsored Programs

The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is pleased to announce the promotion of Anne Berry to Post Award Grant Manager. This new position will liaise with Financial Accounting Services (FAS) and enhance OSP’s mission to support faculty in their management of external research grants. Anne’s previous grant experience includes working as Grant Associate at Connecticut Public Broadcasting, Inc. and as the Research Support Manager at the University of Hartford. She also obtained several continuing education certificates in proposal development (2018, 2021) and grant writing (2017, 2019). Within OSP, Anne has been integral in the development of new procedures in both pre-award and post-award research administration to ensure the University’s compliance to federal regulations. This promotion will extend the scope of her responsibilities, making her the primary point of contact for faculty inquiries and the financial oversight of grants.
