Student Employment

  • The libraries employ a large number of students each semester for a variety of positions, both work-study and hourly. Many student positions require night and/or weekend hours. For information on work-study, see Financial Aid.
  • Students interested in library employment should submit the appropriate application form in person at the Mortensen or Allen circulation desks. Applicants must have a US Social Security number. Proof of US citizenship or of immigration status is required for employment.

Other Employment

Full-time, part-time, and temporary positions in the libraries are available on an irregular basis. Information about these positions are posted by the Human Resources Development office.
