As a first-year student in the College of Arts and Sciences, you work an advisor to help you understand and identify your academic strengths and weaknesses, plan course schedules, set goals, and use resources and the support services of the University. You’ll meet with your advisor weekly and to help you transition to University life.
As a sophomore, you’ll be assigned an academic advisor who will remain with you until graduation. Your academic advisor will serve as your mentor, offering you guidance and support to help you achieve your academic and career goals.
