The Kinderplace and Li’l Place camp experience extends beyond campus boundaries. Each session includes real-world, hands-on fun and learning to complement the exciting classroom activities.
During a typical session, campers get the chance to partake in stimulating educational adventures such as hayrides at a local 4-H farm, climbing aboard a clipper ship at Kid City, flying to Mars at The Children’s Museum, or visiting the library for story hour.
Transportation for all off-campus trips is provided by Dattco and is supervised by Kinderplace and Li’l Place staff. All field trips will be determined by the health and safety regulations in effect at the time of camp. In addition, a variety of on-campus field trips are scheduled for each session. Whether it’s going to Auerbach Theater for the final performance by Summer Place campers in the acting class or visiting the Summer Place Circus class, each unique adventure adds to the overall camp experience!
