Winter Storm Advisory

Due to an impactful winter storm affecting our area, the University of Hartford will be closed on Sunday, Jan. 25, and Monday, Jan. 26. This includes Harrison Libraries.

In-person Hartt School auditions that were scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 25, have been rescheduled.

The Connecticut Scholastic Art Awards Ceremony scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 25, is canceled.

International Students

Orientation Dates

Thursday, August 21 – International Student Move-In Day

Would you like transportation form Bradley International Airport (BDL) or Hartford Union Station (HRD) to the University of Hartford? Complete the Arrival Form with your estimated arrival time and location (Bradley or Union Station), and a team member will reach out to you in the coming weeks with arrival details.

  • Optional Shopping Shuttle: 7-10 p.m.

Friday, August 22 – International Student Orientation and Graduate Student Reception

All international students are required to attend. Undergraduate students will join New Student Orientation following International Orientation

Complete the Arrival Form to register.

9 a.m. – 12:10 p.m. International Orientation

12:10 – 3:30 p.m. Graduate Lunch and Campus Tour
