Jaswell began his career at Travelers after his Junior year at Bryant, as an intern in the PMDP. After graduation, he started as a full time Pricing Analyst in the PMDP. Upon Jaswell’s one year in the PMDP he was promoted to Market Analyst where he became responsible for the Colorado, Utah and Wyoming state team in Personal Insurance Product Management. Jaswell continued in his role as Market Analyst for two years where he was responsible for the profitable growth of the 350 million-dollar portfolio of Auto and Home products in CO, UT, WY. He was then promoted to Senior Market Analyst in the same region with expanded leadership responsibilities.

After a year and a half Jaswell was asked to rejoin the PMDP as a Manager in the Program where his responsibilities included supervising new analysts, running the PMDP internship program, and recruiting. After 4 years as a Manager Ryan was promoted to Managing Director of the PMDP where he has worked for the last 2 years. Jaswell graduated from Bryant University in 2008 with a degree in Finance and Economics.
