Federal Work-study Funds Available

The Office of Student Financial Aid has federal work-study funds available for the 2022-23 academic year. Federal work-study provides part-time jobs for undergraduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay educational expenses. Students must have completed a FAFSA (studentaid.gov) and meet need thresholds as determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid.

A few additional Federal Work Study reminders:

  • The 2022-23 pay rate for federal work-study is $14 per hour.
  • Before a student can begin working, they must have an approved and applied Epaf which requires financial aid and HR approval.
  • Students can begin working on the first day of class and must stop working on the last day of finals.
